An email or a call is the first step. Once we have a better idea of the scope of your project, we will make a list of next steps, provide a quote, and get to work.

A new website is an exciting step forward for your business. We will make sure your website is ready to work for you as an open storefront or shop even when you are at home catching some ZZZs.

Website Support Services

These services are offered by appointment to existing clients.
Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 4 pm (not including holidays).

Revisions

Once the initial website is built, and the client has provided signed acceptance, basic revisions beyond that shall be chargeable at a rate of $83 – $94 per hour +taxes, $94 per hour +taxes for rush jobs. (Ask about our special price for non-profits.)

Exit Offerings

  • After each new design completion, we will offer 30 days of help for most website tech issues.
  • Recommend DIVI and WordPress Tutorials
  • Scan for vulnerabilities plugin recommendations
  • Recommend mailing list options
  • Second phase option for a “Shopping Cart” setup
  • Help with branding. Design of a new logo and print promotional materials.
  • Optional Multilingual Plugin. Help with adding a second language option
  • Optional Social Media Launch Package $600+hst. It includes a one month “Basic Social Media Content Creation PKG” and ¼ page space for a, written by the client, advertorial Article in The Review posted on TheReview.ca  website (1-year) and shared on The Review Facebook page. Advertorial articles are shared as “Branded’. (This appears as: The Review is with @company tagged)

Indemnity by Client. The Client shall indemnify the Designer employees or agents against all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, fees and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from any action based upon any content on the Web Site that is solely provided by Client. (All content provide by the Client must be copyright free.)
